Mr. Clean Wet Wipe Dispensing System — P&G
Design Brief
Independently developed a new, more effective delivery system for wet wipes—focused on improving usability, consistency, and overall user experience.
Origin
Following a chance meeting between GPMI leadership and a Procter & Gamble contact at a trade show, P&G—then conducting a global search for a next-generation wipe dispensing system to compete with Clorox—halted their external search and initiated development with our team.
Approach
Led the design from concept through prototype using hand sketching, Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, and 3D-printed functional models. The process focused on solving real user pain points while ensuring manufacturability and scalability.
Results
The final design was adopted for the Mr. Clean product line and achieved North American placement across all major retail channels.
The work resulted in a filed patent and introduced a new approach to wipe dispensing that has since influenced competitive solutions in the market.
